Last updated: August 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how KidcoMove collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit https://kidcomove.com, create an account, place an order, subscribe to the email list, contact customer support, or otherwise interact with the store.
KidcoMove operates an online store on Shopify and sells physical household, desk-organisation, and lifestyle products to customers in the United States, United Kingdom, and other destinations made available at checkout.
Information collected
KidcoMove may collect information provided directly by customers, including name, billing and delivery address, email address, telephone number, account details, order information, customer-service messages, product reviews, marketing preferences, and other information voluntarily submitted.
Shopify and payment providers process payment-card and other payment information. KidcoMove does not ordinarily receive or store a customer’s full payment-card number. Payment information is handled by the relevant payment processor under its own privacy terms.
The store and its service providers may automatically receive technical and usage information, including IP address, browser and device type, approximate location, pages viewed, referring website, session activity, cookie identifiers, and interactions with emails or advertisements.
How information is used
KidcoMove uses personal information to process and fulfil orders; take payment; arrange delivery; communicate about orders, returns, refunds, and support requests; manage accounts; prevent fraud and abuse; secure and maintain the website; understand store and product performance; send marketing where permitted; comply with legal obligations; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
KidcoMove does not sell personal information for money and does not use store information to make decisions about eligibility for employment, housing, credit, insurance, or other high-impact services.
Sharing information
KidcoMove may share relevant information with Shopify and its service providers; payment processors; fraud-prevention providers; shipping carriers and fulfilment partners; email, customer-support, analytics, advertising, hosting, and information-technology providers; professional advisers; government authorities where legally required; and a buyer or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganisation, or sale of assets.
Service providers may process information in countries other than the customer’s home country, including the United States. KidcoMove uses contractual, organisational, or other lawful safeguards where required.
Cookies
KidcoMove uses essential cookies for shopping-cart operation, checkout, security, session management, and preferences. Subject to customer choices and applicable law, the store may also use analytics, personalisation, and advertising technologies.
Customers can control cookies through their browser and, where available, the store’s cookie-consent tool. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the store from working. Where consent is required for non-essential cookies, KidcoMove will request that consent before placing them.
Marketing
If a customer subscribes to the email list or otherwise consents to marketing, KidcoMove may send product news, offers, and updates. Customers can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email or by contacting contact@kidcomove.com. Transactional messages, such as order confirmations and delivery notices, may still be sent when necessary to fulfil an order.
Retention and security
KidcoMove retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfilment, accounting, tax, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and enforcement of agreements. KidcoMove uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect personal information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Privacy rights
Depending on location and applicable law, customers may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing; receive a portable copy of certain information; withdraw consent; opt out of marketing; and complain to a data-protection authority.
To submit a privacy request, email contact@kidcomove.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” KidcoMove may need to verify identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law. Customers may also have rights under applicable U.S. state privacy laws concerning targeted advertising or sharing activities.
UK customers may contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.
Children’s privacy
The store is not directed to children under 13 in the United States or below the applicable digital-consent age in the United Kingdom. KidcoMove does not knowingly collect children’s personal information for online behavioural advertising.
