Terms of service

Last updated: August 28, 2026

These Terms govern purchases made through https://kidcomove.com from KidcoMove.

Orders and acceptance

Product pages describe the main characteristics of each item. An order is a request to purchase. KidcoMove will send an order acknowledgement, but the contract is accepted when KidcoMove confirms dispatch or otherwise expressly accepts the order. KidcoMove may cancel an order before dispatch if an item is unavailable, a pricing or listing error occurred, payment cannot be authorised, or fraud or misuse is suspected. If an order is cancelled after payment, KidcoMove will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD ) unless otherwise shown at checkout. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, and other charges will be displayed before the order is submitted where reasonably possible. The payment methods available for an order are the methods displayed at checkout.

Product information

KidcoMove aims to keep descriptions, images, colours, dimensions, and availability accurate. Minor variations may occur because of screen settings, manufacturing batches, packaging, or measurement tolerances. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory statutory rights concerning goods that are faulty, misdescribed, unsafe, or not of satisfactory quality where those rights apply.

Delivery

Delivery estimates, destinations, and available methods are described in the Shipping Policy and displayed at checkout. KidcoMove is not responsible for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control, but will provide assistance and any remedy required by applicable law. For UK customers, this clause does not remove statutory remedies for late or failed delivery.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund and Returns Policy. KidcoMove’s standard change-of-mind return window is 30 days for all products, with free return shipping. UK customers retain mandatory cancellation, conformity, repair, replacement, price-reduction, and refund rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Prohibited use and intellectual property

Customers must not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its security or operation, submit malicious code, infringe intellectual-property rights, impersonate another person, or use automated systems in a way that imposes an unreasonable burden on the website.

The website, branding, text, photographs, graphics, product content, and software are owned by or licensed to KidcoMove and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without written permission, except as allowed by law.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided with reasonable care and skill and without guarantees beyond those expressly stated or required by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, defective products, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer protections apply regardless of anything inconsistent in these Terms.

Governing law and disputes

For U.S. customers, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without depriving customers of non-waivable protections available in their state of residence. For UK customers, mandatory rights under the law of the customer’s home jurisdiction remain unaffected.
