Refund Policy
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please send us an email to info@kidcomove.com within 7 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must complete your return within 14 days of the date of your order and you are responsible for arranging the return and all related costs. The original shipping costs are not refunded. In the unlikely event that your product has a defect in it, we will gladly replace it or refund you the purchase price paid.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved- you may choose if you want a refund/exchange. Should you choose a refund a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 working days.
